    Client Accounts Coordinator

     

    LSL Property Services are currently looking to recruit a Client Accounts Coordinator into our Accounts Department in Exeter City Centre.

     

     

    Location: Northernhay, Exeter  EX4

     

    Salary: £16,000-£18,000 Depending on experience.

     

    Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 09-17:30

     

    ROLE AND CONTEXT

    • Handling client & tenant monies.
    • Processing receipts and payments
    • Adhering to regulations

    Key outputs

    • Adherence to procedures:
    • Cash Allocation
    • Tenant Security deposits
    • Production of system printouts
    • Tenant refunds
    • Client account maintenance.
    • Internal & External reporting
    • Aged balances clear down
    • Reconciliation
    • Confidential information
    • Phone Calls and system Action centre
    • Accounts Mailbox handling queries etc.
    • Incoming and Outgoing Invoicing
    • Support to team members

    Required Skills / Knowledge

    • Good general education.
    • Numeracy
    • Strong IT Skills -including Excel
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Accuracy
