Client Advisers – The Px Hub – Sales team
The PX Hub is a fast growing division of LSL Property Services who provide a property asset management service to a variety of corporate clients across the UK property industry.
Based in Eastwood, Nottingham, The PX Hub is currently looking to recruit Client Advisers to join their Sales Team which consists of On market and Sales Progression roles.
- To handle a client property portfolio from market instruction to exchange of contracts and completion.
- To obtain weekly marketing updates from Agents to ensure we achieve sales within efficient set benchmarks and updating clients on progress.
- To make recommendations to clients based on assessing Agents’ feedback and performance.
- To qualify any offers and obtain documentary evidence to achieve agreed sales within benchmark targets.
- To progress any sales agreed through to exchange of contracts and completion within benchmark targets and updating clients on progress.
- Knowledge of the property buying and selling service/estate agency background
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Work planning and organisational skill
