    LSL Property Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support the Financial Services Manager, based at the Financial Services Department in our office in Exeter City Centre.

    This role requires exceptional Administration skills as well as Customer Service and will require you to have good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Excel.


    The Role:

    Working closely with the Financial Service manager assisting him with his daily work load that will include but not limited to:

    • Assisting with diary management
    • General office support
    • Organisations of reviews and arranging meetings
    • Compiling statistical information and figures.


    • Able to demonstrate organisation and time management skills.
    • Proven excellent Customer Service skills.
    • Knowledge and/or understanding of Financial Services/Estate Agency would be beneficial
    • Excellent Telephone Manner

     Salary:  £16,000 to £17,000 depending on experience.

    Working pattern: Full time Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
