    Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister into our Nottingham City Franchise Branch.


    Established in 1868 Reeds Rains forms an integral part of the LSL Property Services Group. With close to 200 branches across the country, we are a nationally recognised brand and one of the UK's largest most innovative and award winning property services providers.

    In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.


    Industry experience is essential and you will need to evidence previous experience within Residential and Lettings Sales, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.Ideally you will have some experience of Valuations/listing too as this is an element of the role we would hope to progress into.


    Working with Reeds Rains you will receive;

    • Defined career path / progression
    • 5 day working week, with alternate Saturdays
    • Basic salary between £14,000-£16,000 depending on experience
    • Uncapped OTE 

    It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
