    Sales Consultant

     

    Basic £15,000 - OTE £22,000 Uncapped Earnings

     

     

    Location:  Ocean Village, Southampton.

     

    Basic Hours: 37.5 hours per week with occasional Saturdays.

    Role purpose:

    • Working with Warm Leads from our Estate Agency Network.
    • Hitting personal and team performance targets in relation to telesales.
    • Making calls to customers directly and selling the products and services we offer.
    • Initiate and take advantage of the opportunity to cross sell products and services of LSL.
    • Deliver a high standard of customer service. Build and develop relationships with the customer.
    • Build and develop relationships with branch staff.
    • Maintain an effective call back system and maintain awareness of the products and services LSL provide.
