Your Move in Bognor Regis are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis on the Lettings/Rentals team.
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is preferred for this post however, as full training will be given, we will consider relevant transferrable skills providing evidence of skills in customer service, Sales and other targeted environments.
In return we offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) pay £23,000 - £30,000
- 3 months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
