Fabulous opportunity at Your Move in our southern region as we a looking for a highly experienced and hungry Valuer/Lister to take on the Area of Sittngbourne and Sheerness.

 

These branches are part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

 

As an Area Listing Manager working Your Move, we are proud to offer:

In the role of a Area Listing Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within both branches by: 

  • Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
  • Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
  • Business Prospecting and proactive activity
  • Extensive local market knowledge and networking
  • Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Displaying excellent customer service at all times

We are looking for our next Rockstar and as such you must have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator that has Valuing experience looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career. Either way essenital to have experience in conducting sales valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on these branches success story. 

 

A full UK driving license is essential.
