LSL Property Services is one of the largest providers of services to franchised estate agencies and mortgage intermediaries, and we deliver valuation services to many of the UK’s largest mortgage lenders. 

We are looking to appoint an EMarketing Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an office-based role, working from our York offices. 

The role of the EMarketing Executive is to support the EMarketing Manager in developing and executing compelling email marketing campaigns that align with the Your Move and Reeds Rains brand strategies. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through targeted and effective email communications. 

You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing and Website Teams to deliver campaigns that are timely, relevant, and measurable, while ensuring compliance with financial services and data protection policies. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a passionate digital marketer with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, database management, and customer journey mapping. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with multiple franchise partners to deliver impactful campaigns. 

 

Working as an EMarketing Executive we can offer you: 

  • £23,000 per annum 
  • 25 Days holiday, plus Bank Holidays 
  • Office-based role in York 
  • 35-hour contract, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Working as an EMarketing Executive, you will be responsible for: 

  • Developing email campaigns aligned with brand strategy and marketing plans 
  • Mapping customer journeys and identifying key contact points for email engagement 
  • Creating tailored campaigns for Your Move and Reeds Rains brands 
  • Proofreading and writing email content with clarity and accuracy 
  • Collaborating with the website team to create trackable forms and measure ROI 
  • Evaluating campaign performance and suggesting improvements 
  • Managing the customer database and executing campaigns 
  • Ensuring all communications are compliant with financial services and data protection policies 
  • Supporting the management of customer enquiry mailboxes 

 

To be successful as an EMarketing Executive, we are looking for the following competencies: 

Technical Skills: 

  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills  
  • Design skills  
  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator 
  • Strong PC and ICT skills 
  • Understanding of HTML and analytical tools 
  • Numerate, with a grasp of statistical analysis 

 

Personal Competencies: 

  • Strong team player and communicator 
  • Highly organised with attention to detail 
  • Proactive and driven to achieve results 
  • Positive approach to continuous improvement 

 

Knowledge & Expertise: 

  • Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) 
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices 
  • Experience in digital marketing, ideally in a consumer-focused business 
  • Knowledge of direct marketing principles, especially online 
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple franchise branches
