Working together with our highest performing Financial Service Advisors you will be responsible for helping the process from mortgage application to house purchase by liaising with the Mortgage Advisor and progressing any outstanding work in the process, updates from mortgage lenders, administration work on application packs and updating advisors on any progress. Role purpose: To proactively manage Mortgage/Protection applications through to Exchange and Completion. To provide support and resolution to customer enquiries.
Relationships: Working on a team of support consultants, you will be required to build good relationships with customers, Financial Advisors, your team members, our panel of lenders, Aviva and Conveyancing Firms. Internal staff relationships will include estate agency staff and other internal Departments across all LSL EAD Brands.
