We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Sales Consultant for our Bolton office. The role will involve supporting the branch manager and will be a key member of the branch success story. If you are currently working within the industry as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator, and looking for your next step in Estate Agency then this is the opportunity for you – the right person will be target motivated with a proven track record. Used to working from a busy diary you will need to promote the Your Move brand and benefits to maximise future business opportunities from recommendations.

 

Key responsibilities within the role will be prospecting for new business across Sales, Lettings and financial services. Ensuring effective communication with other divisions to maximise business opportunities as well as negotiating offer between buyers and vendors.
