In the negotiator role you would be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and buyer and cross selling our linked products.


As a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, as well as excellent customer service skills. Our branches can be a pressurised environment so previous experience of working in a fast paced customer focused industry would be expected.


Experience in targeted sales of any kind is transferable and we will provide induction training to include sales, lettings, systems and legislation.


A full driving licence is a necessity as all of our staff are expected to conduct accompanied viewings, you will be paid a premium for any business mileage.
