An exciting opportunity to work for LSL Property Services PLC, one of the United Kingdom’s largest Property Management companies, within the Insurance Services department. LSL Property Services PLC is a leading provider of residential services to its customer groups; offering services including estate agencies, lettings, surveying and mortgage advice.

The Insurance Services Department are currently looking for self motivated, organised individuals with strong administration skills to join the highly successful office within Exeter City Centre. Offering supported training and promoting on-going development through LSL Property Services PLC, this position offers the opportunity to thrive within a busy Administration team in a large office.

 

Location:

The Forum, Barnfield Road, Southernhay, Exeter

 

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 -17:30

 

Role Purpose: 

Business Support Consultants are responsible for providing administrative support to the Insurance Sales and Customer Services teams, as well as general support to the office as a whole.

 

Accountabilities:

Business Support Consultants are expected to undertake all tasks efficiently and with a high level of accuracy. The team has a high volume of varied tasks to undertake on a daily basis; the key deliverables of the role are as follows:

  • Issuing new business policies
  • Uploading/creating new business leads
  • Processing customer renewals
  • Data entry
  • Mailbox monitoring
  • General reception duties
  • General administration tasks
  • Stationary ordering/Stock control
  • Postal duties

Technical Skills/Competencies/Behaviours:

  • Broad IT experience
  • To be able to plan and organise workload effectively and efficiently
  • To have high attention to detail
  • To be a strong team player
