Job Profile

Land Manager / Director - Thames Valley

LSL Land & New Homes currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Land / Land & Planning Operator within our successful and growing Thames Valley land business.

You will work as part of the established Land & New Homes team, ensuring that all land opportunities created are processed and managed effectively and to maximise Group income.

You will be expected to deliver group revenue through the creation of land instructions/acquisitions and sales via self-generated and network lead opportunities and ensuring the service provided to clients exceeds expectations at all times.

An ability to work alongside New Homes colleagues to maximise downstream sales opportunities via land sales and contacts will also be clearly demonstrated

The ideal candidate will have experience of the land acquisition process within a Consultancy or Land & New Homes business and knowledge of the planning process.

You will ensure you are up to date with current market opportunities and trends, have good knowledge of the geographical area and an extensive contact base of both landowners/promoters and house builders.

This is an established region dealing with sites from 5 to 220+ units both immediate and strategic, but offers great potential to grow the business and team into a market leader.

You will be a highly self-motivated individual with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.  Have the ability to think on your feet and react quickly to changing situations.

The role includes travel across the Region.

Package includes competitive basic salary, incentivised commission structure, car/car allowance, bonus and mobile technology.

Please document salary expectations on application.

This role will be dealt by James McNee of LSL’s internal recruitment team
