An number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join LSL Property Services PLC, one of the United Kingdom’s largest property companies, at our Cheadle Customer Support Centre. LSL Property Services plc is a leading provider of residential services to its customer groups; offering services including estate agencies, lettings, surveying and mortgage advice through brands such as Reeds Rains & Your Move estate agencies.

 

Here at Cheadle we are looking for individuals who are able to develop great relationships through telephone contact with our existing customers and that are keen to be involved in delivering service excellence for the customers in their journey towards their new homes.

 

The role involves helping customers understand the home move process, from sale through to completion and dealing with the crucial initial paperwork. You must be well organised and able to deal accurately with administrative tasks as well as being an excellent communicator comfortable in articulating the benefit of our products.

 

Offering full training and promoting on-going development through LSL Property Services PLC, this position offers the opportunity to thrive within a fulfilling environment.

 

 

Basic Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

 

Role purpose: Introducing the benefits of our preferred Conveyancing Services to both Your Move & Reeds Rains customers.

  

Experience: The ideal candidate will be customer service focussed and ideally with some form of experience gained from either Law Firm, Conveyancing work or Estate Agency.

 

Competencies: The ability to have a personal impact, a natural team player, Customer care focus, able to demonstrate organisation and time management, makes things happen, flexible and adaptable.

  • Basic salary to £22,500 plus bonuses with an OTE of £30,000
