LSL Property Services are currently looking for motivated, target driven Sales Consultants to join our General Insurance department in Exeter City Centre.


For the right candidate this role offers:


  • Full training in a sales environment, including sales techniques, systems and compliance.
  • £14,495 salary+ genuine uncapped commission structure with an OTE targeted but not limited to £17,510 (many of our current consultants are earning more than this).
  • Career Progression into an Insurance Sales Consultant and also with options for progression into the LSL Network (Financial Services, Estate Agents, HR, Customer Service, Administration, Management)
  • On-going personal development you will constantly be learning and developing with ongoing training delivered by our dedicated Sales and Development Trainers.


About the role:

 You will be working with warm leads from our expansive national estate agency and mortgage network. The role will comprise of generating Buildings and Contents quotation opportunities for our Buyer, Mortgage, Tenant and Landlord clients.
