Project Coordinator – Estate Agency Division LSL Property Services plc

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Project Coordinator to be based in the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area,

(element of home based working available)


The position, reporting directly to and supporting the Project manager, will form a pivotal role within a small team and be essential in the delivery of key strategic objectives over the coming years as our business evolves.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide support to the Project Manager and Team
  • To drive efficiencies and improvements
  • Analyse the need for change throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensure that any changes made are documented and communicated
  • Coordinating between internal and external stake holders
  • Gather requirement information in order to facilitate and organise branch roll out
  • Act as first line support for the Central Function team
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring that these are identified, mitigated and escalated
  • To ensure reporting of project performance and quality is maintained accurately and remains informative
  • Diary management
  • Ensure Compliance with company & legal standards/requirements



  • Excel experience and knowledge is essential
  • Organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Methodical and analytical nature
  • Identify and analysing problems
  • Exceptional communications skills


Ideal but not essential:

  • Sales/property background preferable
  • Previous coordination experience
  • Understanding of sales business processes
  • Understanding of property legislation
  • Knowledge of legal documentation
  • Project Management Experience



  • Strong base salary DOE of between £18,000-£25,000
