Your Move are currently looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to provide administrative support to the branch in order to provide a level of service consistent with the service level agreement providing management information promptly when requested.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure Area operates in accordance with Company policy and legislation.
- Promote and enhance the Company image.
- Ensure complaints are handled in accordance with Company policy.
- Maintain files, lists, registers and folders / documents
- Produce standard letters, property particulars, tenancy agreements and notices..
- Organising gas safety certificates
- Organising inventory preparation
- Setting up new tenancies on Quicklet and operating the Quicklet system
- Liaising with mortgage lenders and freeholders
- Maintaining keys and key register
- Organising board movements
- Organising tenancy renewals and collection of fees
- Maintaining stationery stock
- RSA typing qualification or equivalent
- Good standard of education, English and Maths essential.
